Electronics Design Engineer

As an Electronics Design Engineer, you’ll need to be a fun, yet focused, team player with a strong work ethic. You’ll work well when empowered and in environments where managed risk taking is encouraged. A creative approach to problem-solving is also key, as is an analytical mindset.
Your duties will include:
- Developing high-quality and innovative electronic designs
- Completing the schematic development, PCB layout and documentation for complex high-speed digital designs
- Designing and testing products to regulatory standards, such as EMC
Interested? To be considered, you must have experience in:
- FPGA development
- High-speed serial interfaces
- High-speed data processing
- A good understanding of embedded software development
- Efficient layout of dense, high-speed, space constrained, multilayer PCBs
- Design for manufacture, test and EMC compliance
- System and board level fault finding and debugging
- Proven ability to solve problems using both logic and creative/innovative approaches
Ideally, you will have experience with:
- ARM Processors
- Xilinx FPGA
- PCIe
- Ethernet (>1Gbps)
- DP+ (Display Port Plus)
- Linux OS
- Altium Designer
